The Sports Club/LA Boston, the worlds premier name in sports and fitness, is seeking a
Membership Director that will ensure the Club to reach and exceed the budgeted sales
projections. The responsibilities of the Membership Director will include the following:
Meet production goals set forth by management.
Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.
Using The Sports Club Company selling methods to discover prospective buyers fitness goals,
their main motivation for joining, and any possible objections.
Respond to all information calls using The Sports Club Company sales method to obtain phone
number and schedule an appointment.
Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals.
Maintain organized statistics on personal sales, information calls, and miscellaneous
statistics on marketing or Club information.
Assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed.
Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.
Tour and phone shop the competition as required.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum two years sales training experience
Health and fitness sales experience
Basic computer skills including word processing and data entry
Great customer service skills and background
Possession of and ability to use an effective time management system
