Job Description:
Reporting to the Reporting & Analysis Supervisor, the Sales Reporting Analyst will partner with
business stakeholders (Care Finance, Care Operations, Care Sales & Marketing, Call Center
Management, Regional Marketing) to:-Provide accurate and timely performance reports to all
level of Call Center functions. Gather data from multiple sources to accurately reflect call
center performance. Create, design and maintain reports that illustrate trends, goals, results
and areas of focus. Analyze sales data weekly/monthly to help ensure sales targets are met and
work with appropriate partners to improve overall sales and retention efficiencies. Develop
reporting processes as changes occur in sales culture and organizations. -Provide support to
business partners. Respond to all sales/reporting related inquiries. Deliver information /
reports ad hoc. Identify and communicate potential business implications of new information to
current climate and make recommendations accordingly. -Administer Customer Care Incentive
Programs, facilitate monthly goal setting, prepare and maintain monthly staffing databases,
prepare and distribute monthly goal tracking sheets. Reconcile and analyze all sales incentive
results. Evaluate, administer, and coordinate all rewards payouts. -Manage processes to deliver
Source of Sale Budget & reforecasts in accordance with organizational requirements. Proactively
initiate meetings to facilitate criteria & process for reforecast. Make regular recommendations
for reforecast approach. Schedule and facilitate review meetings. Deliver communications to
stakeholders prior to submission.The Sales Reporting Analyst quantitatively and qualitatively
evaluates and recommends action plans, based on all Call Center reporting/analysis in order to
enhance the customer (internal and external) experience and drive operational efficiencies.
Analysis should occur both prior and following any recommended changes - Responsibilities
include identifying issues, analyzing data and information presented, making recommendations
to Management, implementing changes and communicating all updates -The Reporting Analyst will
be responsible for analysis/support for all Call Centers throughout the Region including all
Centers in MA, NH, and CT. -Miscellaneous duties as assigned Punctual, regular, and consistent
attendance.Job Experience: 3+ years experience in Analysis role, 2-3 years experience in Call
Center, preferably in Call Center Operations area. Proven experience in design, development
and delivery of multi-tiered sales reporting as well as database program management required.
Technical expertise with CSG/ACP, ICOMS. Strong proficiency with Access, Excel, Word,
PowerPointand Outlook. Knowledge of Oracle database system and Crystal Reports a plus. This
position requires strong organizational, project management, time management, communication
and interpersonal skills. Experience working as a team member in a matrixed, virtual
environment preferred. Srong, demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet and database
applications with the ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources.
Established organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle
multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to create and maintain business partnerships. Demonstrated ability to use
standard analytical methods to investigate Call Center/Sales measures and trends in a complete
manner. Ability to work independently as well as support a team environment.Formal
Education/Degree: 4 Year college degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent
