JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recall is seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for revenue growth in a defined
territory across multiple Recall business lines. Candidate must be able to identify and
qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers’ business and establish a value
proposition that results in new business. Will divide time between prospecting and selling to
new customers as well as renewing and growing existing revenues for key customers. Majority of
time is to be spent in developing new sales opportunities. NOTE: This is an outside sales
position.
This position will be COVERING THE WORCESTER/WESTBOROUGH/SPRINGFIELD, MA area. Flexibility to
work either from office or home. COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION POTENTIAL!


QUALIFICATIONS: 
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience in the
services industry, which includes the following:
• BS/BA degree required 
• Proven track record selling to large, complex accounts with both individual and team sales
responsibilities
• Demonstrated success using a consultative selling approach and major account strategy
development 
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and
stretch targets
• Strong organizational skills 
• Proven track record for making complex sales across multiple service lines
• Ability to sell and manage to all levels of relationships including Director, VP, CIO, CFO
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be a team player working closely with operations, customer service, representatives
from other business units and external partners 
• Successful track record for prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (small,
medium and large) 
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be adaptable, innovative, and professional 
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools)
• Professional and trade organization involvement preferred
• Responsible for retention activities including contract renewals
• Some travel may be required
