Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies Travel with Field Sales in multiple districts to
facilitate the development of a product knowledgeable organization. Work with teams to execute
technical presentations, develop regional marketing strategies, obtain competitive information,
and drive tactical and strategic sales and marketing approaches. Develop relationships with key
regional/national opinion leaders, especially in the areas of cardiology. Relationship
development with CEOs, CFOs, etc. is expected as well to ensure that strategy and tactic
development meets the requirements of these key buyers. Execute field technical training and
customer road shows as required. Drive regional sales growth of the VITROS product line, with
emphasis on key menu items. Five-ten years medical diagnostic industry experience including
sales, product management, and/or technical experience preferred. Excellent communication,
presentation and writing skills preferred. Demonstration of leadership and
organization/planning skills are very desirable. Experience in infectious disease diagnostics
