Sales Position: Seeking a sales professional with experience selling in the condominium
property management, resort property markets, and multi-tenant office building market.
Company Description: Make’M Wireless designs, installs, and operates secure high speed
internet access for property managers in the hospitality, condominium time-share, and office
building markets. We provide a feature rich service, meeting the needs of the property owner
and their tenants or guests. A typical business network installation is a small to mid sized
office building generally with multiple independent tenants. A typical resort installation
consists of installation, operation, and monitoring of the wireless network. Our proprietary
software and approach to the market provides us with a significant competitive advantage.
Job Description: This sales professional is responsible for driving sales for the company.
This includes proactively identifying prospects, creating proposals, and closing sales by
calling on targeted organizations via phone, site visits, and trade shows. Operations assumes
responsibility for installations, ongoing service, and customer support.
Requirements: This individual must be a self starter and should have several years of
demonstrated sales success selling into these markets. The ideal candidate will have
experience working with property managers and some understanding of high speed internet
networks, internet security issues, and basic computer skills. Sales management experience is
preferred, as this position is expected to grow into managing all sales, and third parties
sales relationships. Position will require travel within the Northeast.
