Curis seeks a highly motivated Research Associate to join an established Stem cell assay
development group studying developmental signaling pathways and stem cell biology. The group
will develop various cell-based assays for small molecule high throughput screens, and design
assay systems to validate mechanism of action and target identification.
BS or MS degree + three or more years of experience in molecular and cellular biology.
Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, DNA cloning and real time RT-PCR is
required. Experience with stem cell culture, immunostaining, and western blot is highly
desirable. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
