As a Specialist-Sales Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of 40+ sales
employees within the NE BPC. Provide the necessary customer service and support for the Sales
organization as a whole and their customers
Standard duties include:
Administration of the sales compensation plans
Investigate and clear compensation abnormalities
Coordinate sales contests and results tracking/posting
Center SPOC on variety of strategic initiatives
Answer customer 800#
Other duties as assigned to drive results
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of administrative/sales support experience
Proficient PC skills with strong experience in Excel, Lotus Notes and Word
Excellent written and oral skills.
Able to work under aggressive deadlines
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Self-Motivated, Solution Focused
Committed to customer satisfaction

Ability to process work efficiently and with accuracy
