Mallory & Church, LLC, a menís furnishings design company with a customer base of major
retailers across multiple distribution channels, is looking to strengthen its executive
management team with the addition of a Vice President, Sales for its hosiery division.
This newly created position will join our senior management team and will be responsible for
maximizing sales revenues, building customer loyalty, expanding product offerings and
developing new distribution channels in pursuit of increased market share and double digit
The Vice President, Sales will identify new business opportunities and create and implement
the sales strategies that ensure positive business outcomes for our hosiery division. Position
will identify and develop new opportunities to create profitable revenue while negotiating
favorable pricing and markdown agreements with customers. Position will design, recruit and
manage the sales organization needed to meet and exceed our strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years executive-level sales experience in the apparel
industry and bring sustainable, key industry relationships to our hosiery division. This
executive will have successfully managed and motivated a sales staff and will have proven
success in transforming a sales organization.
Proven ability to establish a strategic direction and deliver results is required as is the
ability to lead, develop and empower a sales team.
