Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Implementation Manager’s primary responsible is for the successful implementation of his
assigned projects. This success is measured by achieving the project goals and objectives
within the planned budget and schedule, as well as overall customer satisfaction and quality
initiatives. 
He has overall responsibility for all aspects of the project, including the performance of the
individuals and contractors on his project team. He will be assigned a group of technicians for
whom he will have responsibility. This includes their day-to-day administration as well as the
career development of these individuals. The WNG Implementation Manager is the primary contact
for the customer’s Project Manager, and as such, is required to conduct himself in a manner
which is appropriate for this position. Project progress, deliverables, and issues will be
reported to the WNG KAM (Key Account Manager) who has responsibility for the customers and
their programs. These programs are defined by the individual projects assigned to the
Implementation Managers. The WNG Implementation Manager is supported by the department
directors and managers who will assist him in supplying qualified resources for the project
teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to assemble and lead a team, and effectively manage in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrates strong organization, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
skills.
• Technical knowledge and experience in area of specialty (i.e. Construction, Technical,
etc.)
• Individual must be dynamic, creative, and highly motivated.
• Effectively deal with peers, customers, vendors and outside contractors.
• Individual must be assertive, yet tactful, in order to achieve his project goals.
• Experience in simultaneously implementing multiple projects.
• Ability to anticipate potential issues, and formulate alternate plans of action.
• Highly proficient in computer applications.
• 5-7 years wireless industry experience required.
