Senior Staff Analyst: Parts Disservice Management
Supply Chain Strategy & Support Group
Primary Focus: Co-leads development and management of Division-wide process aimed at
minimizing operational disservices created due to parts shortages. Supports the goal of
optimizing supply chain management while maintaining high quality, safety, and reliability for
„h Oversees the Division-wide initiative focused on operational disservices caused by shortage
¡V Leads the effort to minimize system wide parts disservice.
¡V Supports teams of material management specialists in root cause analysis and resolution of
¡V Facilitates discussions with key internal customers to resolve supply chain issues.
¡V Monitors parts resolution performance, reports results, and implements corrective measures
„X Supports preparation of divisional supply chain reporting and supporting analysis.
¡V Drives development/revision of performance metrics.
¡V Maintains accountability for accuracy in report data and analysis.
¡V Works closely with other team members to prepare analysis and evaluate findings.
¡V Acts as a liaison with Business Mgmt group.
„h Designs ad-hoc reports and acts as a liaison with multiple supply chain management
„h Participates in the development of divisional supply chain strategy/plan utilizing historic
demand/performance and future operating plan.
„h Assists with definition of automation requirements and efficiency opportunities

„h BS/BA degree in Business Administration or related discipline strongly preferred.
„h Experience in supply chain management, inventory management, logistics, sourcing
