and are still growing rapidly. Due to our continued growth we have an immediate opening for an
Inside Adverting Sales Account Executive for our branch office in Ft. Myers. 

Our Inside Account Executives build and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers
involved in healthcare talent acquisition strategies. They strategically sell recruitment
advertising space in both our print and online publications via the phone to clients seeking
qualified candidates from the 1.7 million healthcare professionals who read our award winning
magazines. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare facilities,
some of which are among the largest and fastest growing healthcare organizations in the
country. Your clients will be part of your sales territory that, when cultivated
appropriately, will help you meet and beat your quotas and achieve the income goals you set
for yourself. Working with leads provided by our Market Research department, you may also
develop new business within your territory.

REQUIREMENTS 

Engaging conversational style, and experience directing a consultative and interactive
transaction via phone

Ability to “think quickly on your feet”

Competitive and driven to achieve individual and team goals

B2B sales experience required

Strong computer skills, including MS Office and experience working with a CRM database is
preferred
