Seeking outstanding individual to open new Nationwide Insurance agency in San Antonio, Texas.
Candidate must be outgoing and driven to succeed in a competitive environment with products

income potential. P&C license preferred but not mandatory. Prior sales experience extremely
valuable. Initial base salary transitioning to full commission status. Sales and service
assistant provided.
Job Purpose:
Build business within identified markets, targeting commercial and auto customers.
Duties:
* Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business
opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community
affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
* Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and
adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product.
* Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research
and recommend new opportunities.
* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market
activities, and competitors.
* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.
Skills/Qualifications:
P & C Insurance experience a must
Insurance Liscense a must
Multi Lingual / Spanish a plus
Life Insurance Sales a plus
