We are currently seeking a Senior Property Specialist in our Whitehouse, NJ office.

The Senior Property Specialist will be responsible for the quality of Loss Control Services
evaluations of first party risks including fire protection, flood, security, et al. The
individual will develop technical guidelines, send out Alerts on issues of timely importance,
assist the field staff in risk evaluation for complex property accounts, and elevate the level
of property skills in Loss Control. The Senior Property Specialist will liaison with the
Property Underwriting Practice with responsibility for property, machinery breakdown/boiler,
and marine. He or she will help develop new marketing opportunities, provide training, assist
in the review of referral accounts and support the CAT unit. The Senior Property Specialist
must promote CCI's expertise in the marketplace. This will require writing technical papers,
speaking at conferences and participating in industry organizations. When the field needs
assistance with account property issues, the Senior Property Specialist will provide support.
This may include reviewing plans, visiting an insured to complete an evaluation and
interpreting standards. The Senior Property Specialist will work with the Client Services
Specialist and others in home office to promote the very best quality of analysis and
service.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property loss control
demonstrating a high quality of performance and leadership. They should possess a license in
professional engineering but a CSP will be considered. They must have a proven track record of
superior risk evaluation and client service skills. Strong verbal & written communication is
required. The person must possess a record of good project and time management behavior. They
should be self motivated yet work well in a team environment.
