Job Description:
The primary purpose of this job is to support the NFN Information Technology group in the
areas of project management office, budget and financial analysis, change management
administration, and disaster recovery planning. 

 Serve as the Project Management Office and Solution Delivery secondary contact for NP
development efforts including best practice administration, reviews, and intra and
inter-company reporting and communications.
 Prepares operating budgets based on actual performance, previous budgets, revenue, expenses
and other factors.
 Prepares financial forecasts, analyzes trends and evaluates findings.
 Prepares and presents financial data for external regulatory agencies and other entities.
 Generates ideas for operational expense and productivity improvements.
 Verifies budget data for consistency with financial and program objectives.
 Participates in special financial and business-related studies and projects. 
 Provides budget and financial analysis support for NFN IT and NF IT requests.
 Provides support for project time reporting, tracking and forecasting using the NIKU time
tracking and project management tool suite.
 Provide comprehensive change management services including initial assessment, risk
mitigation, monitoring and reporting, and representation within the NF and global change
approval boards.
 Working closely with NFN business partners manage all facets of disaster recovery and
business continuity planning. Serve as the secondary liaison to NF and NSC disaster recovery
 Administer the Sarbanes-Oxley program within the NFN IT organization.
 Assists in planning and implementing division projects and activities as needed. 
 Participates in the development of standards for operations staff and application personnel
concerning the use of system software products required to support office objectives.
 Participates in staff training as assigned. 
 Participates in software product evaluations by use of benchmarks, pilots, and modeling to
assess potential use of products within the system environment. 
 Provides periodic information on system performance, system statistics, division projects
and activities by written and oral communications to management. 


 Undergraduate studies in either computer science, finance, accounting or a related field.
B.S. preferred.
 Two to three years related experience.
 Experience with change management principles and best practices
 Utilization of sophisticated computing and analytical tools. 
 Oral and written communication skills for contact with all levels of technical, operations
and applications area management, and vendors. 
 Ability to analyze moderately complex system components, implementation strategies and
day-to-day operations, and make recommendations to problems.
