inside-sales/account management position targeting Health Insurance Industry clients.
You’re a motivated inside-sales professional with a hunter personality and a proven track
record of successful phone sales. Your excellent communication and presentation skills make
you a persuasive negotiator with large-corporate customers, while your keen eye for detail and
hearty work ethic position you as a dynamic project and account manager.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Strategic Insurance Manager uses his/her top-notch sales skills and an entrepreneurial
spirit to create and grow relationships with Health Insurance Industry decision-makers.
• Identify & Research prospect Insurance providers
• Cold call prospect these companies to meet with decision maker(s) primarily via telephone,
with some in-person meetings
• Work to integrate internal promotions with Insurance Providers’ product planning &
• Negotiate & Oversee contract-signing process
• Build relationships via regular interaction (phone calls, e-mails, letters, etc.) with
clients, including regular activity updates
• Form strategic partnerships with clients using industry/company-specific research and an
understanding of the contacts’ needs and corporate culture
• Experience with or in the Insurance Industry, including:
Sales & Promotions
Product Planning & Development
• Minimum of three-years’ related experience and/or training also required. Bachelor’s degree
from a four-year college or university preferred.
