CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Clinical Research Management, Inc. (“CRM”) is a government contractor specializing in
providing medical research personnel and support services. CRM has immediate need for a
Clinical Research Coordinator at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, (WRAIR) a
military medical research institute, in Silver Spring, MD. WRAIR offers an exciting and
dynamic work environment where professionals have the opportunity to grow as individuals and
members of a team whole serving their country. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main therapeutic area of this position is infectious diseases with military relevance. 
Tasks include, but are not limited to: 
1. Assisting investigators in the execution and conduct of all phases of clinical protocols,
monitoring for compliance with federal and military regulations, and ICH GCP guidelines. 
2. Develop study design, plan study logistics, assist in the volunteer recruitment effort,
execute the study, and maintain regulatory documents. 
3. Interact with internal and outside Quality Assurance monitors as well as with
representatives from the military command, pharmaceutical partners, and the FDA. 

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Candidate requirements are required to have a nursing degree (RN or LPN) and certification in
clinical research (Three or more years clinical research experience is preferred.) Candidates
are encouraged to work efficiently and independently, but must be able to function as a
contributing member of a team to complete complex projects. Must read, write and speak fluent
English, and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to organize and manage multiple
projects, and have knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
