Vice President of Organizational Development

Eagle Point is seeking a strong candidate to lead our Organizational Development efforts. The
successful individual for this position will be responsible for managing, designing and
implementing processes related to organizational development in order to maintain a
sustainable organization. This includes facilitating the implementation of appropriate change
management initiatives by leading strategic planning efforts, developing and deploying action
plans for internal improvement initiatives, and conducting operational effectiveness reviews
to insure functional or project systems are applied as designed and functioning
satisfactorily.

A Bachelors degree and a minimum of five years organizational development experience at a
management or executive level is required. This position reports directly to the President of
the company.
