The Business Gift Services (BGS) Senior Associate is a key contributor to the team with input
into all strategy decisions and direct responsibility for the deployment and daily management
of sales, marketing and operational activities. These activities include developing forecasts,
managing customer proposal, product personalization and fulfillment procedures and generating
sales and trending reports. A critical aspect of this role is the execution of marketing
strategies which include e-mail, direct mail and event location components. This will be
accomplished by leading the integration of BGS revenue generation efforts across all key
functions, including, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing,
Technology and Finance. This individual will also be required to engage current and potential
customers with frequency in order to increase customer satisfaction levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
„X Analyze the effectiveness of different order and client servicing processes, including
client setup, customer servicing and order processing in order to improve the customers
experience. Propose alterations and implement.
„X Work with the Director of BGS, Customer Service, Merchandising, Planning and Fulfillment to
enhance and monitor procedures for planning, delivery and tracking of Business Gift orders.
„X Identify and define technology improvements and partner with IT to prioritize and

catalog, e-mail, online and PR.
„X Generate and analyze weekly sales reports.
„X Manage customer and prospect database.
„X Manage the logistics of the bulk order process to include SKU set up, bulk order
application and communication with planning, merchandising, accounting and Fulfillment.
„X Develop and manage the Business Gift certificate order and submission process between
customer service and the client.
„X Manage BGS order release schedule to ensure proper handling of BGS and special circumstance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
„X 4-5 years in B2B sales and/or operations role, with advancement history evident.

„X Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint), comfort level
with inventory management systems and CRM software.
