merchandising and in-store services to Home Depot. Established in 1978, HGA currently employs
hundreds of people across the Northeast United States. The company is headquartered in
Lynbrook, New York on Long Island, and maintains offices in Boston, South Windsor,
Connecticut, and Atlanta.
HGA services Home Depot with three teams of highly-trained merchandising representatives HGA
Lighting Service Group, HGA Paint & Decor Group, and HGA Hardware Group. All three teams work
in stores in the 12 state Northeast region and are supervised by a management team with
extensive experience in Home Depot store operations.
HGA is currently seeking an AREA VICE PRESIDENT to oversee field District Managers, Trainers,
and Merchandisers in a set geographic area. Responsibilities will include assisting in the
process of hiring and supervising staff, participate in training new and existing employees,
and ensuring company goals and objectives are consistently met. Ideal candidate will possess
5-10 years retail management experience, preferably on a regional level. Prior experience in
the field of in-store service merchandising in home improvement, grocery, or drug store areas
a plus. Background/drug screening. Dependable car and valid driver's license necessary.
