third full year of operation, we are in search of several full-time staff members, who are:

working in a controlled chaotic area with little direction, and little knowledge. Knowing that
our goals include placing all foundational items by the year's end is acceptable to you, and
knowing that you will have input into the same items intrigues you. 

OPS Manager
Providing management, motivation, and strategic direction for the operations staff of between
15 – 30 movers, drivers, team leads.
Focal point for accountability in the operation of dispatching local and interstate shipments,
homes and businesses, while looking for new opportunities to enhance our market position 
Keeping owners informed of events during and even before they occur, minimizing liability
Recruiting and retention of staff, understanding the downside to high turnover in a service
Putting programs in place to achieve expected Customer Service levels and goals 
Understanding accounting systems, and how decisions impact the company financially
Comfortable with owners who are hands-on, not feeling threatened with their presence
Taking full responsibility for managing fleet of trucks
Must have 5 years of staff management experience in operations staff level of 20+
4 year degree required, prefer Masters degree
Transportation experience preferred

Office Manager
Must be experienced in all phases of office management 
Prefer candidate to have experience accounting for two or more locations
Be very adept with Inventory Management, tying it to fiscal responsibility
Always ensure a neat and orderly work area.
Serve as a managerial backup to all staff
HIGH level of energy and enthusiasm will require that you be fit to withstand hours
Must have 5 years of staff management experience in a service industry
4 year degree required, prefer Masters degree

Sales – Outside (Backing-up Inside)
Very strong communications skills required along with the ability to build relationships
Serve as the primary representative of the company completing estimates on-site 
Utilize sales experience to not only close referral customers, but solicit new business
through measured and planned activities
Demonstrate flexibility to assist on a variety of tasks for the both branch locations, in
times of availability and need (i.e., filling in as a inside Sales Rep, completing reports
utilizing current technology, assisting with the annual marketing plan and execution of
Develop the company’s Preferred Partners Program 
Mastered Sales techniques that can be verified through reference checks
Ability to diffuse customer situations 
Must have 3 years min. experience, clearly demonstrating past success in a similar role.
2 year degree required, prefer 4 year degree

Inside-Sales Representative
Most locations refer to this position as a “Customer Service Representative”, which is
defiantly a large piece of the role. This position is the “center” of our company, acting as
the front line representative with initial customer contact
Must be able to vary styles of communication to naturally converse with many different retail
and commercial customers
Position is 80% of the time handling phone inquiries with referral customers, selling our
services by identifying needs that can be fulfilled through our products and services. 
Must have 5 years minimum professional experience, demonstrating success in a similar role.
2 year degree required, prefer 4 year degree

understand that this is a career, and the job does not end at 5:00pm is paramount at present.

All positions require regular weekend assignments/scheduling
All positions must be able to report to either office (Henry or Clayton County)
Proficiency with all Microsoft Standard Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Pre-employment
assessments are likely administered.
