A growing and innovative media services company seeks sales leader 

Intagio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as its Regional
Vice President – Western US. This person will oversee, work with and develop the national
sales team located in our San Francisco, CA headquarters.

The Position

The Regional Vice President plays a vital and strategic role in our overall success by
managing, motivating and building our sales team. Our Regional Vice President is responsible
for building the region through the regional team that is focused on account management and
sales. 

Responsibilities for this position include:

· Consistently exceeding revenue goals
· Expanding the current sales team’s selling skills and results
· Recruiting and training new members of the sales team
· Creating a motivating and team oriented environment 
· Participating in the sales development process, with existing and prospective clients
· Working with other departments and regions
· Ensuring adherence to company procedures 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

· Motivating and inspiring leadership
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational, administrative and negotiation skills
· Highest levels of integrity, consistency of character and ability to achieve rapport 
· Entrepreneurial in spirit
· Familiarity with relationship building and transactions of $50,000+

Minimum Requirements

· Sales management
o 5+ years demonstrated sales management experience 
o Strong commitment to results 
o Sense of urgency for goal achievement 
o Comfort with a results-oriented environment 
o Intense personal responsibility for customer success and satisfaction 
· Sales
o 4+ years media or media services sales experience
o Experience providing advertising or media services to or on behalf of hospitality companies
is a strong plus
o Quantifiable sales results, as an individual and as a manager
o C-level selling experience
o Strong selling and customer relationship skills
o Advanced communication and negotiation skills
o Intense personal responsibility for employee success and satisfaction
