Candidate must have the ability to analyze current support structure of Customer Services
function to include both the Grocery business and the Foodservice business to create customer
support models, recommend upgrades, and modifications to facilitate increased support without
increasing associated support cost.
Candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be able to
confidently interface with all levels of management with McLane Company and the varied
customer base, including both corporate and franchisee levels.
Candidate will have a proven skill within the technical support environment of multi-faceted
customer environment. Knowledge of automated CRM packages is a plus. EDI/XML technical and
business use skills are a plus.
