Job Description:
The Independence Air Customer Service Quality Control Auditor is ultimately responsible for
ensuring that stations are operating within the defined guidelines and restrictions set forth
by Company manuals, briefings, and other means of communication. The CSQC Auditor is also
responsible for divulging findings, making recommendations for improvement, and acknowledging
best practices for a safe and reliable operation.

•Will be in constant pursuit of ways to make an audit more relevant and useful to the station
•Identifies and analyzes initial, recurring, and safety-related deficiencies in a station
audit, while sharing best practices with other stations.
•Considers the reasons behind deficiencies, offers suggestions for improvements to station
management, and relates concerns of policy, procedures, and guidelines to the applicable
department for possible modifications.
•Makes tough decisions and points out deficiencies in audit situations.
•Occasionally gives guidance to others and acts in a lead capacity on projects.

•Must be PC-literate with a working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint and Outlook.
•Must have effective and tactful written and verbal communications skills.
•Bachelors degree from four year College or university; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
•Three to five years related experience is necessary to perform the duties of this job.
•Must have GCS and CRO license/certification. Auditor license is highly desired.
•Working knowledge of Adobe and PhotoShop is a plus.
•Must maintain currency with all functions of a station employee.
•Must be an analytical thinker; complex problem-solver.
•Demonstrate that you understand questions and can answer and think quickly in response to
customer questions and concerns.
