I. Basic Function

The Studio CFO is responsible for the financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and financial
planning processes. As a key member of the Studio management team, the Studio CFO must be an
agent of change, committed to optimizing profits and development resources, achieving the
Studio’s goals including ensuring on-time delivery of products, increasing product
performance, efficiently managing costs and taking all actions necessary to drive the
achievement of the Studio’s and the Company’s overall performance objectives. 

II. Responsibilities and Duties

• Development of financial and operational analysis process with regard to profitability of
the businesses, including; expense analysis, product line reporting, new product
opportunities, optimization of development resources, etc. 

• Direct the forecasting, budgeting and Financial Planning Process (in support of overall
Strategic Planning Process).

• Process owner for Capital Budgeting process within the Studio. Responsible for the related
process, policies and procedures, in conjunction with Corporate initiatives. 

III. Qualifications

A. BS/BA/BBA (Finance or Accounting) with MBA and/or CPA (MBA preferred).

B. Strong financial skills coupled with sound business judgment. Extensive financial analysis
(including financial modelling expertise), forecasting, budgeting and planning experience.

C. Commercially minded and engaged in the business; a proactive business partner.

D. Change agent: creativity coupled with skill in implementing new ideas and process
improvements in a complex and growing organization. 

E. Personal qualities to effectively achieve desired results: professional presence,
intelligence, self-confidence and ability to interact with senior management. Proven ability
to establish and build relationships across an organization.

F. Highly motivated individual with results oriented mentality.
