This is an exciting position in the ecommerce, product management group at FedEx Kinko's. The
individual will serve as a business leader for ecommerce products and manage a multi-million
dollar business. FedEx Kinko's is coming up with cutting edge online tools and is looking for
a person that can lead the successful roll-out of the products and guide the business
success.Primarily responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the successful deployment
and strategic positioning of FedEx Kinko's e-commerce products. Responsibilities include
interfacing with the technology team to develop new products based on business requirements,
incorporate customer and operations feedback, develop revenue plans and marketing campaigns.
FedEx Kinko's has had huge success in this group with its e-marketing initiatives and the
individual will be required to manage the program and ensure new revenue and subscriber growth
in addition to customer retention strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA; MBA highly desired
5-7 years related experience.
Prior strategy consulting experience; core business acumen coupled with marketing experience.
e-Marketing experience desired but not required
