PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Evaluate all new models of assigned product. Feedback to factory (SEC) all data for analysis.
Check final samples for countermeasures and improvements.
Train and support all related service departments regarding new and previous released
products, Parts, CECS/ISTS, ASC'’ and 3rd party svc co.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compare samples with competitor models to improve performance levels. Test and correct all
functions before general shipping from manufacturer.
Solve defects that may arise after product has been sold or during incoming inspection.
Prepare training materials and provide seminars in house and in field.
Prepare all technical publications and ensure accuracy of service manuals.
Technical support for ASCs and 3rd parties.
Review field repair claims for technical analysis and service performed.
Maintain technical knowledge.
Support sales/marketing shows.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Basic electronics or other industry training
5 years experience in technically related administrative position or 7 years as technician.
