manufacturability. Develop new product assembly documentation. Review and update existing
product documentation. Assess the efficiency of assembly process techniques and equipment.
Choose and develop more efficient manufacturing processes using new, existing, or modified
machinery and equipment. Plan and design systems that increase productivity by improving
integration of people, materials, equipment and finance. Analyze and recommend changes to the
work environment to maximize worker comfort.

*3-5 years experience as an Industrial / Methods Engineer
*Ideal candidate’s background will include experience in low to mid volume specialty
*Experience in FDA regulated and/or ISO Certified facilities a plus
*Must be experienced with typical PCB and final unit electronics assembly processes
*Proven track record in generating assembly documentation and process improvements
*Good oral and written communication skills.
*Team player, able to work with minimum supervision
*Creative and technical aptitude
*BS IE/ME/EE degree required
*Experienced with Word Perfect, MS Word, Excel, and Access
