Responsibilities included the Technical Call Centers, Network Operate Center (NOC) and Security Operate Center (SOC).
* Established Motorola's managed service business including fee for service and security service business and capabilities valued at $150M and 18% pretax in year three.
* Managed under budget performance for a $24M+ budget and the direct responsibility for the profitability and renewal of $200M+ of annuity based active annual maintenance contracts throughout North America. 90%+ contract renewal rate over 3 years.

Directly responsible for the startup and launch of a new business annual P&L of a $120M, new startup business within Motorola's Worldwide Smartcard Solutions Division.
* Directly managed the P&L from negative 50% margin to positive 5%.
* Setup and established the structure and resource requirements to grow a new Smartcard solutions business while successfully increasing revenues five times and provide continual increases in profitability over a 3 year period.
* Selected to manage the global solution sales force, system integration, field engineering, support services and operations personnel worldwide plus the product engineering design team in Korea.
