We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our HRIS team. This person will
work on various projects using the Peoplesoft (Oracle HRM)System, and will serve as a
liaison/project manager between HRIS & the Information Systems teams. 

Specific duties include:
Project management - creating project plans & timelines, working with existing users on
enhancements
Developing queries & reports
Providing help desk support for the application
Maintaining the PeopleSoft HRIS system (running daily maintenance, applying changes when
necessary)
Preparing reports & statistics for trend analysis
Our ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft HRIS Business Analyst
Excellent project management skills
Friendly, customer-service orientation
