TechHealth is looking for a Business Analyst to create a business process to establish workflow
conduct requirements gathering meetings with various departments and develop project plans in a
software development environment. This person must possess the ability to process
inefficiencies and develop solutions in conjunction with the IT staff, work effectively by
defining requirements while managing undefined expectations. This person will be responsible
for project management, planning and meeting deadlines. Candidate needs the ability to put
plans into action, effectively deal with change, and accomplish results without creating
friction. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze projects and translate requirements to the IT group
Communicates effectively both horizontally and vertically
Keeps department informed of developments affecting their functions
Acts as the liaison between business units and the IT department
Facilitates root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions
to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
B.S. business, MIS, or computer technology
Managerial Experience
Requirements Analysis
Business Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering
3-5 years experience in Software Development Environment
Familiar with web applications architectural environment
Excellent communication, analytical facilitation and negotiation skills
