Director who possesses a results-producing track record in providing valuable strategic input
to executive management and spearheads the successful development and implantation of policies
and programs of a growing and profitable company. 

  

Candidates must have a Bachelor�s degree, 7-10 years HR Director experience, working experience
in the areas of labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll,
coaching/counseling, employees programs, and working knowledge of an HRIS and computer skills. 
Experience in a multi-office service oriented organization with 100+ staff is a plus.
