Job Summary: 

Responsible for the daily support, training and maintenance of the manufacturing system.
Resolve external/internal customer issues as they relate to the manufacturing systems to insure
continuous and efficient operation.



Primary Duties:
Perform system administration as required in support of manufacturing systems. 
Function as business analyst with Manufacturing Systems Manager to identify, design, develop,
and maintain manufacturing system enhancements. 
Function as programmer analyst in support of the manufacturing systems. 
Work Resolve open cases as required in support of manufacturing system. 
Provide PC technical support to internal customers as it pertains to the manufacturing system
applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills required.
Structured programming skills required.
Fundamental UNIX knowledge required.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills essential.
Strong organizational and project management skills required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor�s Degree or 5 years experience in Information Systems or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of ERP systems related experience. 
Baan experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of SQL, structured programming, 3GL/4GL, Java, Visual Basic preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & Access
