Del Mar Analytical a privately held corporation, has been providing quality environmental
analytical services since 1987. Unlike other laboratories that have grown through acquisition
of other businesses, Del Mar Analytical�s growth has been entirely internal. Our sustained
growth is proof of the quality services that we provide for our clients. With a professional
staff of nearly 200 scientists, technicians and support personnel, we can offer our clients
high quality data, comprehensive capabilities and numerous value-added services. We have an
immediate need for a TEAM LEADER in our Colton CA Laboratory. 
Requirements are as follows:
*A bachelors degree in any of the following fields, micro biology, biology chemistry,
environmental sciences, physical sciences with a minimum of 16 college semester credit hours in
micro biology and biology.
*At least 2 years experience in the environmental analysis of microbiological samples and wet
chemistry analyses for which our laboratory maintains accreditation.
*A clear understanding of of written and verbal instructions in English.
*Verifiable managerial experience.
Ability to meet QC criteria and all Health & Safety requirements.
You will be responsible for:
*Department supervision.
*Create goals for analysts and lab technicians.
*Perform micro and wet-chem analyses.
*Responsible for staff training and scheduling.
*Responsible for inventory and ordering of lab supplies.
*Administer and conduct subordinates performance reviews.
*Maintain daily communication on equipment and supplies to operations manager.
*Ensure all holding and turn around times are met.
