The Consulting Division is seeking a SENIOR CONSULTANT to: 


Assist in determining the feasibility of group formations/mergers, practice expansions, joint
ventures and other strategic efforts 

Provide business advice on hospital and facility contracts, physician contractual arrangements,
third-party payor agreements, joint venture arrangements and other client business
opportunities and arrangements 

Assist in performing the analysis required to negotiate contractual arrangements and assist in
the contract negotiation and strategy sessions

Establish and maintain contacts with managed care organizations, investment groups, hospital
administration and other outside consultants on behalf of assigned clients

Perform operational practice reviews 

Assist sales in responding to prospective client questions, concerns and requests 

Other projects as required

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or
Healthcare Administration. CPA and/or MBA/MHA preferred plus 10-15 years experience. 

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and sales skills.

Strong analytical skills for financial and conceptual analysis with ability to define problems,
collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions regarding abstract and concrete
issues.

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently. 

Proficient using Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to consolidate technical
information, financial reports and legal documents and present findings to clients

Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities 

Management or supervisory experience

Big �4� firm experience preferred

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work well with others, and with
minimum supervision. 

* This is a home or office based position with approximately 25% travel; you can live anywhere
in the United States
