Assist in developing the test plan and test cases to be used in testing based on business
requirements, technical specifications and/or product knowledge. Participates in walkthroughs
related to the projects(s) to be tested. Perform testing to ensure that the business systems
function properly and according to the business requirements on small-scale projects with
minimal supervision. Build physical test scenarios in Mainframe environment, including CICS,
TSO and DB2. Identify and document any and all problems detected. Retest problems when
resolved. Participates in training to improve testing and business systems skills. Complies
with, communicates and enforces standards wherever applicable in all assignments. Participates
in developing and maintaining standards. Begins to mentor other associates.

Knowledge of data processing/information systems is required. A bachelor degree or equivalent
work experience. A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in technical systems testing, analytical
techniques and a working knowledge of structured testing methodology and various software
testing tools is required. Client/Server or Web experience is required. Mainframe testing
experience is a plus. Working knowledge of DB2, TSO and File Aid is also a plus. Excellent
communication, organizational, leadership and analytical skills. Team based experience
required.
