Village Voice Online is seeking an Editor-in-Chief to lead our award-winning website to the
next level.  The OnLine Editor-in-Chief will set editorial direction, manage editors and
writers, commission freelance assignments and manage editorial assets, and will be driven by
the goal of exponentially growing our daily online audience and page views.

 

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have an established track record of
building large online audiences.  The ideal candidate will have managed writers in a fast-paced
online environment and have interests or expertise in a variety of content areas. He/she will
be entrepreneurial, energetic, authoritative, diplomatic, resourceful, and passionate about the
Village Voice. 

 

The Online Editor-in-Chief is a new position that will play a critical role in shaping the
