opportunity for a Director of Publications for a client in McLean, Virginia. This position
oversees a staff of writers, editors, and graphic artists and partners with Project Directors,
senior management, and other staff to manage publications from the initial planning stage to
final production.

Key responsibilities include:

�h Managing the publication process for health-related projects, both print and online


Key job specifications include:

�h Experience supervising publications staff and managing multiple projects under tight
timeframes

�h Excellent research, writing, and editing skills and proficiency with computer technology 

�h A minimum of a Bachelor��s degree in a related field 

�h Experience in the health/science arena

�h Government contracting experience

�h Mastery of AP, GPO, and Chicago styles

�h Ten years of experience in the writing arena and five years in management
