We are expanding our Internal Audit department and desire a highly motivated, self starter to
join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact to the organization,

great professional development. This position is based at our headquarters in Quincy, and
therefore, travel requirements are minimal.

The successful candidate will:

� Perform financial and operational audits of all corporate areas
� Conduct audit planning and preparation of audit strategy
� Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and controls over
operations 
� Develop productive and effective working relationships with all levels of internal and
external customers
� Develop professionally through a variety of internal and external training opportunities

The successful candidate should have:
� 3 � 5 years of internal / external audit experience
� BS/BA in accounting / finance 
� Solid analytical and project management skills
� Strong personal computer skills, to include spreadsheets, word processing and flowcharting 
� Effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills
� CIA or CPA designations are preferred
