KemperLesnik Communications, a full-service public relations firm located in Northbrook, IL and
Chicago is seeking a trained account executive to join our growing agency. This person will be
responsible for creating and executing dynamic public relations programs for clients in the
insurance, construction, health care, financial services, technology and environmental
industries.

As an integral player on a team of four people servicing a FORTUNE 200 account, this person
will have the opportunity to drive public relations strategy and be responsible for producing
media results. Some staff management will be required, and a high level of skill, passion and
tenacity are essential.

Duties include media strategy development, media pitching, news writing (pitch letters, news
releases, bylined articles) and client management. We seek someone to deliver creative
programs, provide first-rate client service and help to build-out a successful team of PR
practitioners.

Requirements:
� Bachelor�s degree in business, marketing or journalism.
� 2-4 years of PR agency or client-side experience.
� Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
� Media relations experience and proficiency.
� An entrepreneurial spirit.
� A strong work ethic.
� A true love of public relations.
