Sr. Project Engineer 
Requires 5 to 10 years� experience as a design lead or Project Engineer, specifically in the
Space/Satellite/Aerospace/ Defense industry, with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering. Desirable
background includes Systems Engineering experience, as well as Requirements Management, WBS,
schedule, and documentation/data. Must have experience in the development and leadership of
technical/design teams from kick-off to final delivery. Will be responsible for all aspects of
technical project planning, and achievement of on time and within budget goal. 

Preferable candidate will have design and development experience in electro-mechanical devices,
motor driven mechanisms, actuation, AC, DC and/or Stepper Motors. Will initiate independently,
or carry out whatever analysis tasks are necessary to ensure specification compliance. Requires
good inter-personal and communication skills. Will communicate with support personnel
cross-functionally, and foster relationships to insure support in achieving difficult schedule
goals. Will be a key focal point in customer interaction, including a variety of audiences.
Should be proficient with MS Project, Access, Excel & other desktop management tools. Education
must include a BSME.
