The function of this position will be as a Startup Supervisor in the Project and Field Services
Department. 

Leads organizational unit activities for Startup and commissioning activities. 

Exhibits proficiency that enables the Startup Supervisor to serve as a resource for the company
in an area such as system production, extensive control systems, thermo-hydraulic control
systems, distribution standards, fossil or nuclear operations. 

Leads, facilitates and coordinates work activities of others within group, team, department,
corporate entity, or those external to the company. 

Develops, recommends, and implements plans to include all scheduling, resource, and cost
information and control required to address complex engineering problems that require the input
and efforts of a wide array of entities both internal and external to the company. 

Leads and/or contributes to the preparation and presentation of complex technical subjects to
senior management, professional organizations, regulatory bodies, etc. 

Understands how strategies and decisions implact the relationship with customers and suppliers


Demonstrates vision in indentifying business opportunities for the organizational unit. 

 

Experience Requirements 
Thirteen to Nineteen Years system integration and/or start up experience. 

 

Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering 

 

Work Hours / Travel Requirements 
M-F 8:00 Overtime as needed. Travel Required
