The Explore America Travel team is responsible for the flights component of the EF Explore
America tour package. As a Travel Operations Coordinator, your job is to research our airline
contracts, negotiate ad hoc rates, and to think creatively to find and book the best possible
flight itineraries for our customers while staying within strict budgetary guidelines and
quality standards. Once a group�s flights are confirmed, you are responsible for maintaining
the space until the date of departure. You are in constant contact with EF�s representatives at
our partner airlines and work very closely with other internal EF departments to ensure the
smooth production of our tours. Candidates must be deadline driven, but flexible and willing to
shuffle daily priorities in order to tackle more urgent tasks. If you are looking for a dynamic

thousands of students travel to new places, this is the job for you! 1-2 years of work
experience preferred.
