Regulatory attorney sought for the Office of the Ohio Consumers� Counsel (OCC).  OCC is the
statutory representative of Ohio�s residential utility consumers for electric, gas, telephone,
and water services.  This position affords an opportunity to work with a staff of dedicated
professionals for the public interest.  The position of Senior Attorney requires a minimum of
five years experience in public utility regulation or equivalent experience.  Scope of work
will include but not be limited to complex litigation before the Public Utilities Commission of
Ohio and other forums, pleading practice, issue analysis and research, and appellate practice
