The Pharmaceutical Institute (PI), in collaboration with Campbell Alliance, specializes in
designing and developing online training programs for executives in the pharmaceutical and
biotech sector. 

The PI is currently recruiting a training leader with proven organizational and communications
skills to work closely with its Executive Director. This position will be based in Raleigh,
North Carolina. 

The training leader will be responsible for defining the curriculum (content and instructional
methods) to be used in both individual and group training. He or she will select or develop
teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and
computer tutorials. The training leader will also present these curricula to potential
clients.

Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in adult education and/or training with at
least 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. A background working in a
"start-up" or entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent
written and verbal skills. Well-honed presentation skills are also essential.
