Reporting Relationships and Primary Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Global Marketing, Women�s Health reports to the President of Gryus ACMI
Surgical Division. The Vice President collaborates in the development of the annual worldwide
marketing and operating plan, as well as the long-range strategic product marketing plan.

� Experienced in developing tactical marketing programs.
Specific Activities:
� Achieve the Women�s Health department�s annual objectives.
� Maintain expense budget within annual objectives.
� Develop and work within the MBO environment.
� Develop and execute organizational and personnel development.
� Keep abreast of competitive activities. Develop tactical and strategic
initiatives to block competitive market moves.
� Work closely with the global sales organization to develop and execute
comprehensive marketing promotional activities.
� Work closely with R&D in the development of new and innovative technology.
Requirements:
� Four college degree, prefer the sciences, MBA preferred
� 8-10 years progressive market management experience. Women�s Health Medical Device
Experience required.
� Demonstrated record of accomplishment in developing successful marketing programs and
new product introductions.
� Successful track record in a highly dynamic business environment
� High energy, self-motivated, hands-on and participatory executive with strong results
orientation
� Entrepreneurial, action-based leader who takes things on with a high sense of urgency
and quickly establishes priorities.
