Vytex, a leader in manufacturing custom state of the art windows seeks a Chief Operating
Officer for Laurel, MD office.

 

As the Chief Operating Officer, the individual is responsible for managing all hands on
operational aspects of the company.  Assists CEO in pursuing aggressive and successful growth
of the company.    The COO will provide respectful leadership, management, and vision necessary
to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting
procedures, and people systems in place to ensure growth and financial strength.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Provide overall operations and holds management accountable.

-Responsible for driving the operations functions to support company sales, cash flow,
profitability, and business goals.

-Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes.

-Drive the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies.

-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational
infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the long term
vision and needs of the company.

-Motivate and lead a high performance team.

 

Requirements:

-Minimum 10 years demonstrated experience in a Sr. Operations Role with responsibility for all
stated above.

-Bachelors degree required.  Preferably an MBA.

-Excellent project management abilities.

-Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to address all levels of employees within the organization.

-Ability to facilitate change if necessary.
