Biopharmaceutical Analysis is part of the Wyeth Biopharma product development organization that
supports all drug development at the Andover MA site. Biopharmaceutical Analysis provides
analytical testing and characterization support for drug materials (recombinant proteins)
utilized in clinical trials, and provides analytical support for the production of clinical
trials materials.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Primary function will be to provide chemical testing support for release and stability of
clinical trials materials. Develop and validate methods for excipients, and participate in
transfer of assays to QC.
-Secondary function will be to provide chemical testing support for process validation
compounds and manufacturing investigations. Support commercial investigations using multiple
analytical techniques
-Provide support for on-going and new development efforts.

Requirements:
Successful candidate should have a BS in chemistry or closely related field. 0-2 years
experience in an analytical lab setting is preferred. This experience should include knowledge
and performance of USP testing. Experience in HPLC, GC, and FTIR, is desirable. Knowledge of
GMP regulations is necessary.
