Plans, oversees, and directs the utilization review/social services discharge planning
functions of the hospital for the purpose of appropriate utilization of hospital beds and
services, as well as compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and third party payor regulations and
guidelines.  The Director will work with all clinical providers, to assure an appropriate
continuum of care.  A current MA License is required.  The successful candidate will have a
minimum of two year's acute care experience, and certification as a Case Manager with a minimum
of two year's case management experience.  RN degree required with Master's preferred. 
Knowledge of Interqual highly desired.
