The candidate will be primarily responsible for assay development/product characterization of
R&D projects of a technically complicated nature, which have an inter-departmental focus. The
person will be regarded as an authority in own field of specialization.

 

The candidate may manage scientists with the objective of supporting, troubleshooting,
developing, and refining assays for use within PTD and QC.

 

Candidate must have demonstrated general Biochemistry/Biophysics knowledge, an emphasis on
coagulation a plus.
Candidate must have demonstrated assay development expertise in BioAnalytical assays.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience with supervising scientific personnel.
Candidate should have demonstrated assay implementation in a QC environment.
 

Qualifications:

The candidate should have Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biophysics or a related
field with 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Candidate should have strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and
interdisciplinary skills.
