The Continuous Improvement Manager (Kaizen Promotion Office) is responsible for continuous
improvements at the value stream level utilizing the Lean Sigma philosophy. The KPO provides
coaching, counseling and direction on targeted improvement initiatives and/or developments
associated with continuous improvement. Duties include:

 

* Plans and participates in Kaizen events

* Performs 5S audits

* Ensures Kaizen gains are sustained

* Provides continuous improvement training

* Becomes the Lean Sigma internal consultant for the site

 

The successfull candidate will  have experience with the Toyota Production System and Lean
Sigma in a manufacturing environment.
